Bright blackberry, plum and black cherry leap from the glass, joined by notes of clove, star anise, dark chocolate and a hint of charcuterie. The palate is plush yet vibrant, with fine bubbles carrying rich fruit and spice across a dry, savoury finish. Tannins are supple, the balance spot on.
