Planted in 1995 in a sheltered south-facing nook, this Sauvignon Blanc benefits from rich volcanic loams over limestone, yielding a wine of purity and finesse. Aromas of green apple, ginger, and lemongrass lead into a delicately textured palate, where notes of gooseberry, freshly cut grass, and white florals unfold.
