Clyde Park Estate Pinot Gris

From some of the oldest Pinot Gris vines in Victoria, planted in 1996, this wine boasts both depth and vibrancy. Fermented in two distinct batches - one in stainless steel for freshness and acidity, the other barrel-fermented for complexity - its structure is enhanced by occasional lees stirring. A subtle blush hints at its delicate aromatics, with fresh citrus, green pear, and apple blossom leading the way. The palate is dry and textural, with a creamy mid-section balanced by crisp, chalky acidity and a touch of honeysuckle to round out this opulent Geelong Pinot Gris.
