Clyde Park Estate Fume Blanc

Harvested from the esteemed Bordeaux clone F14V9, this Sauvignon Blanc is given 12 hours of skin contact with stalks before being pressed directly into 100% oak, with 30% new French barrels. Partial full-solids fermentation and three months of maturation create a wine of complexity and depth. Aromas of citrus and oyster shell introduce a palate of layered richness, where bright citrus and ripe pear intertwine with a fine, chalky texture, delivering an elegant and structured finish.
