Clyde Park Estate Chardonnay

A blend from five estate Chardonnay blocks, planted between 1979 and 1996, this wine captures the essence of its deep volcanic loams and alluvial silts over limestone. Wild fermented and matured in oak with partial malolactic conversion and lees stirring, it achieves a refined balance of texture and fruit purity. A luminous straw colour introduces aromas of spiced apple pie and cedar, while the palate remains vibrant and structured, defined by crisp acidity, zesty citrus, and a lingering, elegant finish.
