Wild-fermented with a portion of whole bunches and aged in fine French oak, it is a wine of power, precision and soulful complexity.

Dark cherry, blackberry and mulberry form the aromatic core, threaded with layers of black pepper, crushed herbs, violets and a whisper of charcuterie. The palate is savoury and structured, with fine, earthy tannins and beautifully integrated oak.
