100% Coal River Pinot Noir sourced from three esteemed vineyards in the Coal River Valley. Hand-picked fruit undergoes wild-yeast fermentation, with 20% whole bunches, ensuring a gentle extraction over 20-25 days on skins. Following maturation for 10 months in a blend of concrete tulip (10%) and French oak puncheons (90%, 25% new oak), our wine is bottled unfined and vegan-friendly, promising a truly vibrant and expressive taste experience.
