Bremerton Old Adam Shiraz

This is an excellent example of premium Langhorne Creek shiraz, showing the intensity of rich fruit flavours and elegant integrated oak, providing a delicious well structured complex wine.  Every vintage, each parcel of shiraz is assessed and the most outstanding are nurtured and then blended to create the Old Adam.  This maintains the quality, distinction and reputation of this fine wine.

The concentrated, high-quality parcels of fruit were fermented in open vats and then matured for 22 months in new and seasoned specifically selected, extra fine grain American and French Oak.  An additional 12 months of maturation in the bottle allows full integration of oak and fruit tannin.
