Break Free Little Wing Shiraz Noir Carbonic

Sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, this second vintage of Little Wing saw five tonnes of Shiraz hand-selected for its purity and vibrancy. A portion was kept whole-bunch for carbonic maceration, while the remainder was gently crushed and open-fermented for ten days, extracting its striking colour and aromatics. The two components were then blended and matured in older French oak hogsheads for seven months, with a small addition of stainless-steel fermented Shiraz to retain its floral lift and pristine fruit character. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, this is Shiraz at its most playful.
