Bass River River Block Pinot Noir

The River Block Pinot Noir is being released for the first time in 2021 as a consequence of an extraordinary and noteworthy growing season. The grapes underwent prolonged cold soaking to remove the stems. The berries were exposed to the skin for 20 to 22 days before being pressed into both new and old oak barrels and maturing on fine lees until mixing. Eleven months of ageing in particular French forest barrels.
