Barbanera In Bianco Toscana White Sangiovese

Produced in Tuscany by the Barbanera in Bianco winery, it is a white wine from Sangiovese grapes vinified precisely in white, that is, with a very fast contact of the skins with the must.

Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of crunchy and unripe black cherry, broom, and quince to the nose. The sip is fresh and slightly savory.

Excellent in combination with white meats, fresh and smoked cheeses, and pasta with white sauces and aromatic herbs.
