Bannockburn Riesling is predominantly sourced from a meticulously tended acre of vines nestled atop Olive Tree Hill, planted in 1976 on their own roots. This elevated north-facing slope lends an exceptional terroir to the grapes. Complementing this heritage vineyard is a small plot planted in 2015, extending the Winery Block's legacy.

Following careful handpicking, the fruit undergoes a gentle whole bunch pressing, followed by an overnight settling before being transferred to stainless steel tanks for temperature-controlled fermentation. Post-fermentation, the wine finds its home in a combination of stainless steel vessels and aged barrels, where it undergoes a 3-month maturation on lees before its final journey to bottling. This meticulous process ensures the preservation of the wine's vibrant character and expression of its unique terroir.
