Banks Thargo Cabernet Sauvignon

Classic Coonawarra Cabernet showing cedar oak spice and cassis up front, with notes of blackberry, black olive and dusty earth all vying for attention as well. The palate is plush and smooth and already very approachable. The tannins are substantial but super fine, adding body and structure without detracting from the wash of rich fruit flavour along the palate. This wine is a big, bold style, but balanced, with great length on the finish.
