About This Wine:

With over three centuries of winemaking heritage in Rheinhessen, Germany, the Huff family has mastered the art of crafting wines of exceptional purity and finesse. Their vineyards, organically farmed and predominantly hand-tended, particularly on the renowned Rote Hang (Red Slopes), yield wines that are exquisitely aromatic, perfectly balanced, and almost ethereal. Schloss Schwabsburg: The shallow, highly eroded stony soils here encourage deep-rooted vines, producing small, concentrated berries bursting with aromas and a distinctive minerality, owing to the red stone bedrock.

This Auslese gleams a radiant honey-yellow in the glass. Aromas of dried fruits, candied lemon peel, and dried apricots mingle with savoury undertones and a hint of pineapple. On the palate, vibrant acidity dances with vivid sweetness, while zesty citrus and tropical fruit flavors are perfectly balanced by a lively, thrilling structure. An utterly captivating wine.
