2013 Kilikanoon Oracle Shiraz

Crafted from the esteemed old vine Shiraz of our estate vineyards, nestled beside our winery, the Oracle exemplifies the opulence, varietal intensity, and regional character that the valley is renowned for. Selected from low-yielding Shiraz parcels on our golden hillside vineyards, each batch was vinified separately using time-honoured traditional techniques and aged for 18 months in a curated mix of new and one-year-old French oak hogsheads. Bottled without fining or filtration, this wine stands as a testament to our commitment to quality.
