Tolpuddle Vineyard Chardonnay

There is a lot of purity in the aroma, with flowery, lemon, and lime undertones. Although this wine has an intense and flavorful taste, its personality is characterised by its lightness, delicacy, and accuracy. It possesses an outstanding blend of crystalline structure, fresh acidity, and taste persistence.
The grapes underwent whole bunch pressing, French oak fermentation, and hand picking throughout. After nine months in barrels with occasional mild stirring, the wine was allowed to rest in a tank on lees.
