Lakes Folly Cabernets

Lifted blueberry, raspberry and fresh cherry aromas with hints of liquorice and black pepper, that carry over to the palate. A medium-bodied style, it is classy and nicely balanced, with a lovely tannin-to-fruit-sweetness ratio, resulting in a textural, stylish wine.

Low-yielding, estate-grown, hand-picked fruit. After six months in large-size barrels for settling, the wine is then moved to tiny French oak barriques (new, one-year-old, and two-year-old) and aged there for around a year before being bottled. Excellent up to 20-year long-term cellaring potential.
