Hand-picked, fermented with 80% whole berry/20% whole bunch, 20 days on skins, gravity fed to the underground cellar, matured for 11 months in French oak (20% new). A complex and varietal Pinot Noir with plenty of red and blue berried fruit, earthy undertones and a structured generous finish.
